To effectively manage such a massive base of customers, Income used advanced data warehousing with the ability to connect and analyse customer information and real-time digital interactions. This results in Income being able to form a vast array of specific microsegments based on customers’ needs and online behaviour.
With the ability to synergize microsegment psychographics with personalized ad messaging, Income has always been a firm believer in using programmatic display to effectively reach specific audience segments. There needed to be a better way to develop creative assets at scale so as to fully harness their rich data insights.
