BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES
Aveeno is a Johnson & Johnson brand that focuses on the power of skin wellness for women and children by providing products with high quality ingredients such as oats. The e-Marketplace is an accessible avenue for consumers to purchase their product range while also gaining insight through customer reviews.
Aveeno’s objective was to drive consideration and purchase of their high-quality products by leveraging the power of word-of-mouth marketing through their positive reviews.
THE ADZYMIC SOLUTION
To appeal to females aged 25-50 with interest in skincare, beauty, and body care, Aveeno used the Adzymic creative management platform (CMP) to develop interactive rich media formats. These further leveraged on DCO technology to extract the latest 5-star reviews on the e-marketplace, so the voices of advocates could be featured in Aveeno ads.
The Pro-V9 Gallery format highlights a range of products on a swipe-able carousel feature, along with corresponding user reviews for each of them.
