The Challenge
Travel intent is perishable. Standard Chartered Hong Kong needed to reach customers at the exact moment their intent was highest — not after it had passed. A static campaign wouldn’t cut it. The brief called for a single master creative concept that could personalise itself dynamically across every relevant context, at scale.
Context as Creative
Adzymic built the creative intelligence layer behind Fly Moments, analysing six real-time signal types to determine the next best offer for every impression:
- 🌤️ Weather — sunny conditions, rainfall, seasonal shifts in Hong Kong
- ⏰ Time of day — morning commutes, lunch windows, evening browsing sessions
- 🎉 Festive moments — public holidays and seasonal travel peaks
- 🛍️ Retail moments — proximity to purchase behaviour signals
- ✈️ Travel searches — live search intent from active trip planners
- 🧠 Mindset — user context and behavioural cues at the moment of exposure
The creative management layer Adzymic powered enabled modular creative systems, rapid variant generation, and seamless deployment across channels. From one master idea, over 900 creative variants were executed dynamically — each one calibrated to the precise combination of signals that triggered it.
The Results: 8X Improvement in Conversion Rates, +56% in CTR
The results validated the approach. Standard Chartered Hong Kong recorded an 8x improvement in conversion rate and a 56% uplift in click-through rate. The efficiency gains were equally substantial: Adzymic’s creative management layer cut lead time from brief to campaign live by 93% and reduced production costs by 75% — from a single master idea to over 900 live variants.
When creative intelligence meets real-time context, personalisation stops being a production challenge — and starts being a competitive advantage. Fly Moments is proof that the right offer, at the right moment, for the right mindset, at scale, is no longer a hypothetical.
